In the last 20 years Isabel has been working in sales for start ups as well as for globally reputable corporations in Germany, Ireland and Dubai. Before becoming CSO by everphone, Isabel held several leadership positions in Google and LinkedIn. Her strengths are leading teams to performance and building a corporate culture based on trust, compassion and employee development.

At everphone, I was offered a lof of freedom – and a lot of responsibility. Here, it is not only OK to try things out, it is required. There's a huge emphasis on output, meaning we focus on results rather than the ticking of the clock. This is living company culture that can be witnessed everywhere and every day and I frankly love it.
For a German company quite noteworthy is the consequent "error culture". It is allowed to make mistakes as long as you take away a learning for the client, the company or yourself. „Move fast, break fast“. Jan's credo is part of our work.

We do everything to ship orders on time. The logistics fulfillment is just one step in the user’s everphone experience, but it’s an essential one to make users happy.

Mir blutet jedesmal das Herz, wenn ich Berichte über das Ausmaß der Ressourcenverschwendung auf unserem schönen Erdball lese. Moderne Technologien sind da leider nicht außen vor: Aktuell gibt es rund 300 Millionen Handys mehr als Menschen auf der Erde.
