Bei everphone habe ich viel Spielraum bekommen – und viel Verantwortung. Man kann Dinge ausprobieren und kriegt dabei den Rücken gestärkt, gleichzeitig gibt es immer einen starken Fokus auf den Output. Und zwar nicht auf die Menge, sondern darauf, worauf es wirklich ankommt, auf den berühmten „Zug auf der Kette“. Hab ich in der Konsequenz noch nicht erlebt.
Zudem liebe ich die Fehlerkultur: Es ist erlaubt, Fehler zu machen, solange man daraus für den Kunden, die Company oder für sich etwas lernt. „Move fast, break fast“.

I chose to join everphone because here I had the chance to develop a communications strategy from the very beginning. I have been given the opportunity to lay the groundwork and develop our communications department – and this was really appealing to me.
Since I started working at everphone I’m learning something new every day and I can grow in an environment that is not afraid to “move fast and break things” – a sentence everyone hears a lot from Jan.
I also really value the open feedback culture and that making mistakes is not punished but encouraged. This is something you rarely see in German companies. It is very refreshing and I’m excited about what the future holds for us.

Mir blutet jedesmal das Herz, wenn ich Berichte über das Ausmaß der Ressourcenverschwendung auf unserem schönen Erdball lese.
